This video shows the function of a larynx with a large T4 Cancer of the larynx in a 66 yr old male with a 50 pack year history of smoking..  The cancer had recurred after initial surgery and radiation therapy and  the cancer had spread into the soft tissues of the neck and severely compromises the airway.
