Nasal Debridement of Necrotic Tissue  This video is of a 45 year old male patient with a history of necrotic abuse.  The patient developed mild intra-nasal pain and changes in his voice.  In addition, food and liquids entered his nose which he eat.   The narcotics used were prescribed by a physician and not obtained on the street. Initial Drainage of Large Maxillary Sinus Mucocele: This video shows nasal polyps in a 31 year old patient who sought medical attention for double vision and facial numbness.  The patient's face was asymmetrical and on CT Scan a large mass was seen in the Maxillary Sinus.  On nasal endoscopy the sinus was entered and abundant thick fluid was removed from the sinus. Gelfoam Packing of a Posterior Nasal Bleed:  This video is of a 45 year old patient with a minor but bothersome nose bleed.  The nose had an anterior pack placed with did not control the bleeding.  Nasal endoscopy found a bleeding source high up and deep in the nasal cavity.  Since there had been no active bleeding for 24 hours, Gelfoam packing was placed.  View Video

Nasal Polyp Video: The nasal polyps on the right are from a 65 year old patient who has had four previous sinus operations.  The last one was twelve years ago.  The polyps fill his nasal cavity.  On CT Scan there was erosion of the posterior table of the frontal sinus and intracranial air.  View Video
