Pre-Operative Appearance of a 6 cm Basal Cell Carcinoma of the Neck Defect after Excision.

A large neck rotation advancement flap is created.  The base of the flap was 7 cm across and the arc measured 15 cm.  The skin had ample stretch to close the defect.
